The 1979-80 Rappahannock County High Schools girls basketball team goes into action at home on Tuesday evening. September 4th when they play Central of Woodstock.

Two changes will be implemented this season as a result of Skyline District Policy. First, all Junior Varsity basketball games will begin at 6:15 p.m. as opposed to last year’s starting time of 6:30 p.m. This change will apply to both girls and boys competition.

The second change will be in R.C.H.S. ticket presale policy. There will be no presale of basketball tickets during the girls season. Gate prices will be $1.00 for students and $2.00 for general admission.

The above changes will require fans to arrive at the games earlier if they are to be assured of getting a ticket. As of this date, however, there have been no sell out games for girls basketball.

Presale tickets will be sold during the boys basketball season since sell out games do occasionally occur. Presale prices will be $1.00 for student and $2.00 for general admission; while the gate price will be $2.00 for all.

RCHS fans deserve commendation for their behavior at home basketball games during the past year. However, it is standard procedure to remind the public of the following Skyline District regulations which will be in effect at all games:

—All spectators must be seated.

—No drinks allowed in the gymnasium

—No loafing or standing in the hall or restrooms during the game.

—Leaving the building and re-entering is not permitted. —Anyone in possession of
