Announcement has been made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Marybeth Ballard and Richard N. Rustic, both of Amissville. Ms. Ballard is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Arntd of Milwaukee. Wis. and a graduate of Manchester College, Connecticut. Mr. Rustic is the son of Mrs. Mary Cormier of Windsor, Conn, and is employed as manufacturer superintendent for InterArms at Midland. The wedding will take place September 29 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington, Va.
