In conjunction with the Rappahannock unit of the American Cancer Society, the county Health Department will offer a free Pap clinic on November 7 between 10 a.m. and noon in the Health Department’s Clopton House offices. Art Commission
The Virignia Commission for the Arts will meet on i Saturday and Sunday. ■ November 17 and 18, at the Airlie Convention Center in Warrenton. The meeting is open to the public, and anyone is invited to attend as an observer. The Commission will review 100 grant applications for arts projects taking place in 1980 and will select the arts groups to be included in the Commission’s 1980-81 touring program.
