Karate Series
To Begin
A three-month series of karate lessons for children ages six and up will begin on Tuesday, January 22, at Sursum Corda School in Washington. The course is open to boys and girls at a beginning or advanced level. Classes will be held each Tuesday from 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Instructor Arthur Drago, who is owner of the Front Royal Karate Studio and the Warrenton Center for the Moving Arts, urges children to participate in the new series...“Karate is an excellent discipline for the development of healthy bodies and alert mental attitudes,” Drago says.
There will also be an adult class each Tuesday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. if enough interest is shown. Enrollment is limited to ten sturftnts per class. To register and to obtain further information, please call T^ursum Corda School at 675-3237.
