Not Legitimate Response
Baumgardner asked the committee members if they felt the two surveys should be used in determining priorities for expansion.
“No,” Stokes replied.
"It’s the only quantitative thing 'we have,” Baumgardner countered, adding that he could include a qualification in his draft report to note the limited number of parents who answered.
"Personally, I think you should ignore it,” responded Stokes. He maintained that the parent survey didn’t offer a ‘‘legitimate response” because so few had taken the time to fill out and return the forms.
