Bruce reported that Potomac Edison will install a night light on a pole already in place provided the supervisors sign a three-year service contract under current charges of $6.13 per month. The supervisors took no action, asking instead that Bruce check with the utility company on the possibility of exending the street light system to the back of the court house.
Jennings Hobson, emergency services coordinator for Rappahannock, requested and received a letter from the supervisors supporting activities of the year-old RappahannockRapidan Emergency Services Council.
According to Hobson, the EMS council has, in the past year, worked to improvfe coordination and cooperation among the various emergency services groups in the planning district.
