Circuit Court Judge Shore Robertsoil has been asked by the Rappahannock supervisors to rule on whether or not portions of the county's zoning ?*dinance are valid and enforceable.
In a request for declaratory judgement filed Monday on behalf of the supervisors and zoning administrator Evan McNear, commonwealth's attorney Douglas Baumgardner petitions the judge to evaluate Article 6 (residential subdivision) of the zoning ordinance and if he finds the section valid and enforceable, to issue a permanent injunction against the Nationwide Pentacostal Evangelistic Association's use of its Castleton property for activities prohibited by the
