Defendant ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant on the ground of separation for more than one year under the provisions of Sec. 20 91 (9) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

It appearing from the af fidavit that the defendant is not a resident of this State, it is ordered that the defendant appear before this Court within fifty days after due publication of this notice ton or before February 3, 1981) and protect his interest herein.

It is further directed that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four weeks in the Rappahannock News. An Extract Teste.
