to Saction 15.1-431 of the Coda of Virginia, 1950, as amandad, and Articla 17-3 of tha Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notica is haraby givan that tha Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider tha application of Witold Kuncawicz for an amandmant to tha Zoning Ordinanca of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to amend Articla 8 of said zoning ordinanca to, add processing of light leathers, light leathers being defined as those skins weighing not more than twenty-five (25) pounds prior to processing, as a use permitted by right pursuant to Articla 8 of said ordinanca on January 21, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in tha Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
Tha aforesaid amendment and application are available for public examination at tha office of tha Clark of tha Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between tha hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All parsons affected by or interested in the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views.
