The Rappahannock supervisors met last Tuesday, December 30, in special closed session for two hours in the clerk’s office.
Commonwealth’s attorney Douglas Baumgardner and zoning administrator Evan McNear attended the executive meeting with the five board members. According to chairman E. P. Luke, the session was called to discuss litigation and no action was taken.
