A graveside funeral service was held Tuesday in Sperryville Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Peter Weems.

Mrs. Bessie Fox Wines, 78, of Front Royal, died Tuesday, December 30, 1980 in Warren Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the First Assembly of God Church by the Rev. Alden Yates. Burial was in the Williams Cemetery, Chester Gap.
Mrs. Wines was born March 5, 1902, at Chester Gap, daughter of the late Herbert and Edith Sealock Williams. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Front Royal.
Surviving with her husband, Walter F. Wines, are a son, Charles R. Fox of Front Royal; a daughter, Helen Waters of Front Royal;
