It was after they came to Rappahannock that Margie began signing with Steve. “He made me do it,” she. maintained.
“I clubbed her over the head,” Steve agreed.
Margie said she’d played the piano as a child and had always loved music and art—“anything artistic. I think that’s one reason why I like Steve so much.”
With her appreciation and fondness for music, it didn’t take much clubbing before Margie added her voice to Steve’s. “But I only sing songs I can relate to personally. I have to feel it a little bit," she emphasized.
