Wakefield School in Huntly announces its honor rolls for the fifth, and final, grading period of the 1980-81 academic year.
Graduating seniors of the Preparatory School who obtained an overall average of 8.8 and above were Amelie Von Ludwig, Michael White, Jerry Smith, and Halimah Holliday. The only junior to be named to First Honors distinction was Scotty Reid.
In grade 10 were Ophelia Von Ludwig, Robert O’Neill, Donna Funk, Chris Ingle, and Rebecca McWhorter. Gaston de Bearn headed the grade nine list with a 9.5 average followed by Kingsley Hellems, Robin Printz, and John Vanderzon.
First Honor scholars from grade eight were Marcia La Barca, Oriana Chung, Joey Tisinger, Amy Harris, Josephine Rood. Topping the list with a 9.7 grade point average was Lauren Wemmer of grade eight.
