TIPS FOR JOGGERS
AND THEIR FEET
If you are starling a jogging program, there are some basic rules you should follow. First, if you are over 35. a physical exam with an EKG is a good idea. Secondly, regardless of age, one should start out gradually At first, walk for a distance, then jog. Also make sure you walk or "cool down" before stopping Another important consideration is your shoes The running shoes of today are expensive, but most are worth the expense Some have extremely excellent shock absorbtion qualities which will save much wear and tear on your feet and legs (and perhaps save you the expense of a trip to the doctor) Also they will probably last longer, thus saving you again
Remember, joggers, be good to your feet while you are good to your body They both must last you a lifetime.
