Wednesday’s Town Council meeting included a public hearing on Peter Kramer's request for a variance to the town’s setback ordinance for a 12’ x 16' building. Kramer told the Council that the building would be a shop or a studio on the property between the Norman and the Pullen houses on Main Street in Washington.
