As part of the festivities around town during the weeknd of the house tour and dried flower sale, local artist Ed Sharp demonstrated his stained glass craft at the library on Sunday. Sharp also had an exhibit of work he’d already completed and he went through the steps of a stained glass creation from start to finsh for the audience at the library.
Sharp has been working in stained glass since 1978, when he was able to take a course in the craft from a local man. Since then, he’s completed windows, lamps, mirrors and placques for family and friends. He has also made up designs to order for gifts.
