The Board of Directors of F & M National Corporation declared a 17 cent per share cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 1981 at their meeting November 4.
The dividend is payable December 30 to shareholders of record November 27.

Miss Ruth Blackwell of Sperryville, Clerk of the General District Court in Rappahannock, attended a state conference of court clerks last week in Virginia Beach. Priorities at the conference were problem solving workshops with the results to be implemented in the various jurisdictions.
