Fritts
Nancy Brown Fritts, 40, of Front Royal died March 22, 1982 in Warren Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Sperryville, the daughter of the late William Jackson and Sarah Florence Jenkins Brown. She attended schools in Rappahannock and was a graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
A funeral service will be held this morning, Thursday, at 11 a.m. at the Rivermont Baptist Church of which she was a member. The Rev. Jerry Young will conduct the service. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
She is survived by her husband, Terry W. Fritts; a son, Anthony W. Fritts; a daughter, Sherri L. Fritts; two brothers, John W. Brown of Newland, N. C. and David J. Brown of Front Royal.
Pallbearers will be C. B. Johnson, Kenny Clater, Wayne Walker, Bud Sowers, Danny Clater and Buggs Jenkins.
Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Roberts
Roger Kenneth Roberts Sr., 46, of Flint Hill, died Saturday, March 20, 1982, in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the Macedonia Baptist Church, Flint Hill by the Rev. James Price. Burial was in the Flint Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Roberts was born January 30, 1936, at Flint Hill, son of Mary Porter Roberts of Flint Hill and the late William H. Roberts Sr.
He was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church and was employed by Avtex Fibers, Front Royal. He was the husband of the late Arvelan Jordan Roberts.
In additiop to his mother, survivors Include two sons, Roger Roberts Jr. of Sperryville and Keith Roberts of Flint Hill; two daughters, Gwendolyn Sheppard of Rixeyville and Cheryl Jordan of Flint Hill; a brother, William Roberts Jr. of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one sister, Evelyn Jordan of Harrisburg, Pa. and four grandchildren.
Riddle
Charles Albert Riddle Jr., 52, of Front Royal died Saturday, March 20, 1982 in Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Md.
Mr. Riddle was born in Washington. D. C., April 9, 1929, son of the late Charles A. and Harriet Judson Riddle.
Surviving are his widow, Edna A. Riddle; a daughter, Joan Marie Riddle of Front Royal; a stepson, Philip Wolfe of Front Royal; two stepdaughters, Linda Wolfe and Carolyn Lee, both of Front Royal and a brother, John Riddle of Silverton, Ga.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at the TurnerRobertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. John Nunley. Burial was in Sperryville Cemetery.
