Rappahannock County High School s first soccer team will make its debut at home Thursday, September lb, against Eastern Mennonite High School of Harrisonburg.
The Panthers will play an eight game schedule, all the contests with schools that have fielded soccer teams for years. But despite Rappahannock s newcomer status, coach Glenn Davis expects his boys to be winners. "They're very good. I m beyond pleased. I wasn't expecting the kind of talent we've got, at least not in our first year. Everyone has played a lot before."
