Appreciation
To the editor:
On behalf of the Rappahannock Recreation Association, I want to thank all the hard-working, civic minded persons who gave up a beautiful Saturday last weekend to donate their time and labor to the clean-up effort at the Rappahannock County Park. It is due to the work of these volunteers and others who have helped the Recreation Association over the years that the County now has a park to be enjoyed by all county residents.
A special thanks is in order to the Rappahannock News and to you. Daphne, for the support and publicity you have given, not only on behalf of the paper but as an interested parent and county resident.
