"Maybe I should present them in a stronger way but I don't think being so emotional is proper...Temper tantrums were tine when I was a child but I hope that 1 have matured enough to where 1 don't have to throw a temper tantrum to show 1 have strong feelings." the chairman said.
Eastham's motion likewise died in a tie vote with Massie and Reeve opposed.
