-PUBLIC HEARINGThe
Department of Waste Management, Commonwealth of Virginia, has notified the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors that an Application for a permit to operate a solid waste disposal system on the Gentry Quarry Property, near *' Flint Hill, has been received.
The application, by List Excavating, Inc. of Gainesville, Va., is to operate a sanitary landfill for debris (brush, tree trimmings, and stumps).
Pursuant to Title 10, Section 10-270.1, Code of Virginia, the Board serves notice that a public hearing concerning this application will be held on Monday, September 8, 1986, in the Courthouse in Washington, Va. at ten o’clock a m.
All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
