These eleven are part of a missionary force of thousands who serve their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as part of the Southern Baptist Convention which is made up of over 14 million members. Support for this work is made possible through the Cooperative Program and special mission gifts. The aim of the Southern Baptists is to reach into all the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Participating churches, September 14-17th include: Culpeper Baptist, Beth Car, Washington, Mt. Lebanon, Good Hope, Blue Run, Bethel and Stevensburg. Churches for the second half of the week, September 18-21 are Crooked Run, Lael, Oak Chapel, Gourdvine, Reynolds Memorial, Slate Mills, Amissville, and Jeffersonton. The public is invited to be a part of these services.
