Va., was here during the holiday with Rev. and Mrs. Charles Clinedinst and assisted in funeral services for Alson Jenkins on Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and family were guests Christmas Day of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meade of Culpeper. Mr. Frazier’s sister Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville spent Friday night and Christmas Day with them. Friday afternoon the Fraziers and Mrs. Atkins were joined by another brother Holtzman Frazier of Fredericksburg.
Mrs. Bessie Corbin spent the Christmas holidays with Mr. and Mrs. William Burke in Charlottesville and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Burke at Rochelle. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory and Joseph of Rt. 615 were luncheon guests Friday of the Burkes in Rochelle and accompanied Mrs. Corbin back to her home here.
Miss Linda Hawkins of Richmond spent the Christmas holidays with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hawkins.
Meadowood, the home of Mrs. Lorainne Robson, was the setting for the celebration of the third night of Chanukkah on Sunday evening with guests in attendance including Mrs. Geri Becker and Matt Preston of Bethesda, Md., Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Reiter and daughter Sorya of Madison, Andre Narjanowski of Poland, Robert Berner of Clifton, N. J., Mrs. Julie Konick, Nikie and Jacob of Castleton, Ms. Darlene Yancey and Bob Spindel of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Schmidt of Woodville.
