Dean’s List Betsy K. Jewell and Helen H. Kilby of Rappahannock County have been named to the Dean’s List at Germanna Community College for the fall quarter. Of a total enrollment of 2,246, 95 students, or 4.2 percent of the student body, were honored for their academic achievement by being placed on the Dean’s List. To qualify for that honor, the student must have achieved a grade-point average of at least 3.2 for the fall quarter.
