Heat exhaustion

These complaints, along with headache, nausea, and cold, clammy skin, are symptoms of heat exhaustion, the most common illness associated with hot weather, according to the Health Department.

If you’re exercising and you notice these symptoms, stop immediately. Look for a cool spot; air conditioning is best, but settle for shade. Loosen any tight clothing and remove excessive layers of clothes.
