Kenneth Lee Foster, 24, of Sperryville, was charged with driving under the influence after an accident Sunday evening which injured three occupants of another vehicle.
According to Trooper H. A. Newlin, a 1987 GMC pickup truck driven bv Milton C. (Mike) Hudson, 24, of Washington, turned west onto Rt. 211 from a private driveway near Payne’s Garage, about one-hali mile east of Washington. He was traveling at a slow speed in the right lane when the truck w as struck from behind by a 1988 Ford Escort 2door, driven by Mr. Foster.
