Pursuant to Sections 15 .1-431 and 15.1-1260 of the 1950 Coda of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority will hold a public hearing on October 6. 1988 at 7:30 P M at the Court House in Washington, Virginia, to consider an amendment to the Rules and Regulations of the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority as the same relate to rates, tees or charges for sewer service for the Sperryvllle Sewer System owned and maintained and operated by the authority.
Copies of a preliminary resolution setting said fees and charges are avatable at the Rappahannock County Clerk's Office, the County Administrators Office. the Sperryville Post Office, and are available for public inspection Monday through Friday. 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
