Heat cramps

Heat cramps are painful muscle spasms that occur after vigorous exercise in the heat. The exercise produces heavy sweating and the sweating causes an imbalance in salt, or electrolytes, and a loss of water in muscles.

Again, stop exercising, sit down in a cool spot, and drink cool water.
