Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown along with Frances Thornton went to King George for Thanksgiving dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Lenny Mears, where the rest of the Brown family gathered.
Eileen Day celebrated her Thanksgiving holiday with 30 members of her family joining her. Some of those attending were Johanna Day and some friends from New York, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Herzig and children of Manassas, Donal and Elaina Day and children of Charlottesville and Maureen Day and Danny Finney of Richmond. The others were local residents. A great time was ei\joyed by all!
Dr. and Mrs. John Snead had Thanksgiving dinner with Dr. and Mrs. John Peyton Snead in Rixeyville.
On Friday, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schaefer and Dr. and Mrs. John Snead attended the 50th anniversary celebration of Mr. and Mrs. John Davis at their daughter’s home in Arlington.
