Literacy Volunteers to meet Rappahannock Literacy Volunteers will have a change of pace the first Friday in July which is the 7th. The place of meeting remains the same, Trinity Parish Hall, but the time is earlier: 9 a.m., and it will be a three-hour training course for RLV tutors and anyone else in the teaching field who would benefit.
