Leninism is the name given to the organizational side of Communism, the Party. It is analagous but not really comparable to the hierarchies of the organized Christian churches, the Sisters and Brothers, priests and ministers, bishops and archbishops; i. e. those who constitute the group’s framework, the teachers of faith (ideology), authoritative interpreters of basic writings, leaders and educators of the members; the people who discipline recalcitrants and keep the faith.
