On Sunday, July 16 worship service will be held at Harmony Hollow at the 4-H Center at 10:00 a.m. This is a charge-wide service and will be followed by the annual church picnic. However, the Sperryville United Church will have worship service at their regualr scheduled hour 11:15 a.m. with guest speaker, Buddy Devers of Front Royal.
The community was sadden to hear of the death of Mrs. Roberta Spalding. Our sympathy to her family and friends.
Keith and Kevin Kinsey of Front Royal spent a few days with their grandfather, Frank Huff. Keith remained for a longer visit this week.
Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Moffett Brady and her houseguest, Mrs. Irene Hamilton were Mr. and Mrs. M.H. Brady, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McCullock, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brady and Tony and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crane of Lanham, Md. The Cranes are spending this week at their home here.
