Horticulture classes scheduled at Lord Fairfax Community College this fall semester will include several focusing on landscape and design.
Theory of Landscape Design, scheduled for Thursday from 5:30-7 p.m. will present a practical approach to landscape planning for commercial landscapers as well as homeowners.
Two courses scheduled for the weekend college will include Landscape Plant Materials. This Saturday morning course will emphasizes plant identification and use in landscaping. A “how-to” course in the & production of greenhouse flowers with “hands on” training will be the topic of Greenhouse Crop Production offered Sunday from 2-6 p.m.
