The proprietors of The Inn, Patrick O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch, expressed their pleasure at having him join the staff of 60.
Mr. Petot was chosen for the position after an extensive international search. His blend of restaurant, hotel and business management skills makes him ideally suited for managing an operation as unique at The Inn at Little Washington, according to the owners.
Mr. and Mrs. Petot said they are delighted to be here and look forward to becoming acquainted with the community.
