Political parties may choose to nominate the candidates who will represent their party on the ballot at the November 5, 1991 general and special elections by any method permitted by their party plan. For some counties and cities, a primary election has been chosen for one or both political parties.
These primary elections will be held on Wednesday, September 111991. Tobe qualified to vote in the primary of the party of your choice, you must be registered to vote in the precinct where you live. The final day of registration for these primaries will be Monday, August 12 1991. No primary is being held in Rappahannock County. However, any eligible person who lives in Virginia may apply to be registered in the county or city in which he/she lives at any voter registration location in Virginia.
Therefore, voter registrars will be available at the address shown below on Saturday, August 10, 1991 between the hours indicated.
