The Annual Board Meeting
of Virginia Jaycee Chapters was held in Bristol during the weekend. Those from the Rappahannock Chapter attending included Wilson Burke and Dean Hahn of Sperryville, local president and state director, respectively and Bobby Welch of Huntly who is Membership Chairman. The main speaker for the convention was Ronald G.S. Au of Hawaii who is the National President of the Jaycees.

The meeting on the proposed
alternative sewage disposal systems for the town of Sperryville, originally scheduled for 8 P-m, on July 30 at the Sperryville fire house, has been cancelled.
