Tuesday Mrs. Sandra Hitt of Woodville and her grandmother Mrs. Frances Eubank visited Mrs. Minnie Foster at the Royal Haven Rest Home in Front Royal. Mrs. Eubank and her daughter Ms. Betty Menefee of Warrenton visited Mrs. Foster on Saturday.
Congratulations to Amanda Brown age 10 and Bobbie Jo Brown age 5 on their entries at the Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock farm show in Culpeper last week. Amanda won three blue ribbons, three red ribbons, one white ribbon, one pink ribbon, one yellow ribbon and one green ribbon plus cash awards. Bobbie Jo had two entries and received cloverbud participation ribbons. These two girls are this writer’s grandchildren.
Sunday luncheon guests of Mrs. Annie Hawkins were Roger Hawkins of Amissville and Mr. and Mrs. John Deal, Jamie and Johnathan of Hume.
