Sharon Yvette Garcia and Michael Wayne Payne of Flint Hill were married July 13 at the Flint Hill Methodist Church in Flint Hill. The Rev. Merlin Shorb performed the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Sharon Baker of West Palm Beach, Fla. and the late Richard Honley.
The bride was given in marriage by Wayne Payne, father of the groom. She wore a formal gown of ivory satin and embroidered lace. The bodice featured a Victorian neckline and puff sleeves. The long train wras adorned with hand-sewn pearls and lace. She carried a bouquet of ivory roses and peach carnations.
Stacey Payne, sister of the groom, was maid of honor. She wore a peach satin and lace tea length dress and carried a single peach rose.
The bridesmaids were Dawn Johnson of Front Royal and Angie Collie of West Palm Beach, Fla.
