An auction of surplus equipment will be held Thursday, Aug. 1, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Culpeper district shop.
Sale information and a list of items being auctioned is available through the VDOT district shop by calling 703-829-7679 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Prospective buyers may personally inspect listed sale items on the day of the sale.
Among the approximately 250 items listed for sale are pickups, dump trucks, passenger vans, cars, portable power plants, abrasive spreaders, snow plows, tractors, graders, front-end loaders, crawler loaders, dozers, trailers, lawn-care and office equipment.
