The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, NSDAR, met on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at the Culpeper United Methodist Church with the Mrs. Thomas Eastham presiding, and with Mrs. John Daily, Mrs. Nicholas Luthman and Mrs. Elwood Ryan as hostesses.
The speaker for the afternoon, Miss Lucy Katherine Bowie, introduced by Mrs. Zillah Gutowski, is an Authority on early American quilts. She has made many qilts herself and has won many awards for hers.
