Middle Street hosts show
“Works In Progress," an exhibition of all-new works by Middle J Street Gallery and Artists’ Cooperative member artists, is being i shown through Jan. 26 at the gallery in Washington, Va. !
The purpose of the show is to present works in various stages of 1 completion or works that represent an artist’s current direction of J study. '
Commissioned works by Dan Lewis and Laurie Marshall show I preliminary studies and the final piece in progress. Sculptor Mary ! Brownstein exhibits the progression of a piece of sculpture from draw- \ ings to wax model. Also showing are Front Royal painter Christopher | Stevens with large acrylic landscapes on paper and Judith Einstman 1 from Cross Junction, Va. with pastel studies. Nina Moore is the cura- I tor. ;

SHARE delivery day to be held
The January Delivery Day for Self-Help and Resource Exchange ; (SHARE) is from 10 a.m.-ll a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25 at the Wash- > ington Baptist Church. All participants should pick up their groceries ! at this |ime. A donation of not more than $1 will be appreciated on Delivery Day to defer the cost of gas for the two men who drive each , month to pick up the groceries.
