Proposals shall be evaluated on under the procedures for Competitive Negotiation, Procurement of Professional Services, as outlined in §11 -37 pf the Code of Virginia (1950), aS amended, shall prevail. Proposals shall be due to the Office of the County Administrator no later than Thursday, February 6, 1992, at 3:00. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on thursday, January 30,1992 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rappahannock County Landfill, at which time a General Information packet will be provided; attendance at this meeting is mandatory tor all proposers.
