TAX RELIEF FOR THE ELDERLY
AND THE DISABLED On Monday, February 3, 1992, the Rappahannock County Board of Superviaon shall hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance providing Tax Relief for the Elderly and for the Disabled. The Ordinance provides exemption (tom all or a portion of qualifying person's real property taxes, subject to a maximum income limit of *20,000.00 and that the total value of property (excluding home and one acre surrounding it) owned does not exceed *73.000.00. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the County Administrator's Office, Old Extension Office, Gay Street, Washington, from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.
