“On behalf of the 4-H Center and Camp Fantastic, We sincerely appreciate the donations from Rappahannock County to make the Tuesday evening meal possible,” stated Karen Foster, Director of Development at the Northern Virginia 4H Education Center. Karen also helped as a server in the buffet line. “This is the best meal we have all week since all the good cooks and outstanding restaurants in Rappahannock County contribute to it,” she said.
