PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 22, 1993 at 9:00 a.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
SU # 93-08-02 Catherine Criscione TR, 35 Michigan Avenue NE, Washington, DC 22002, desires to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to construct an efficiency apartment of six-hundred (600) square feet within an existing garage structure. Property is on record as Lot(s) 28 & 29 containing approximately .587 acre, is located on RT. 522 in Wakefield Magisterial District, zoned "VR" Village Residential, Tax Map 13, Parcel 125, and is in the village of Flint Hill, VA. Use allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-1 (M) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. Additional Standards contained in Section 5.2-6 A through D of the Rappahannock County Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:$0 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday September 15, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 5.1-9, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.
