Safe Driving
The District Nine Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program will kick off a “Cap-it” campaign on Sept. 30, for the Labor Day Weekend. The theme of the campaign is to put a cap on drunk driving.
Anyone who signs a pledge not to drive after drinking any alcoholic beverage and to always buckle-up for safety wrill receive a neon-colored cap, free.
