Nursing Aptitude Testing
George Washington Carver-Piedmont Technical Education center will begin testing on Feb. 7 for those who are interested in applying to the Practical Nursing Program that begins in September, 1995. This is an 18 month course that prepares a graduate to take the National Council Licensure Examination for becoming a Licensed" Practical Nurse (L.P.N.).

Artist Forum Forming
Visual Artists, would you like to meet other visual artists in this area and exchange ideas with them. The Windmore Foundation for the Arts is forming a group to do just that. The planning meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17 in the Community Room of the Radio Station on Radio Lane, Culpeper. All visual artists are welcome. Bloodmobile in Warrenton
There will be an American Red Cross Bloodmobile at the Warrenton Methodist Church, 341 Church St (behind Pizza Hut) from noon to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12. Your time and donation of blood is greatly appreciated and it is a donation that keeps on giving to many others.
