had her “community diversion incentive (CDI)” revoked because of a drug violation. In September her urine specimen tested positive for cocaine and marijuana.
Ms. Jackgon entered the CDI program last summer in lieu of serving a four year jail sentence after having been convicted of forgery. Ms. Jackson blamed her fall from grace on a fellow employee at a nursing home in Fauquier County. She said that she was pressured by him to get high. She said, “The guy I was working with kept at me all day every day and I just couldn’t take it anymore.”
Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke said that Ms. Jackson has to be responsible for her own actions. He said, “The Commonwealth believes she has failed to comply with what she agreed. If she really had all these great feelings for her children she would have walked the straight and narrow.”
