Survivors include his parents, Ronald Lynn Parker and Bonnie Marie Norman Parker and his sister, April Dawn Parker, all of Amissville.
He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Sadie V. Norman of Woodville; paternal grandmother, Nina V. Parker of Amissville and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. in Washington Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. John Burke officiating.

William Morgan
William Isaiah Morgan Sr., 94, of AmissVille died on Saturday, Dec. 21 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
He was bom Oct. 12, 1902. - He owned and operated a service station and grocery store.
Survivors include three sons, William I. Morgan Jr. of Oxen Hill, Md., Fred Junior Morgan and John P. Morgan, both of Amissville; two daughters, Gail R. Murray of Amissville and Jackie Ann Morton of Manassas and many other 'relatives *and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, Dec. 27 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville with the Rev. Forrest Freeman officiating.
Interment followed in the Church Cemetery.
